So close I can almost taste it!

Summer is almost here. That means a lot more baby & mama time. :)

I can't wait for more time with my little girl. She is becoming such a fun little person. She interacts with us, and tries to jump in on all conversations. When we are talking, Sophia is cooing right along with us! It's so cute.

She wears her emotions on her sleeve. She smiles so much. She gets fussy when she's tired. And I know, you hear people say it ALL the time, but she really is growing so fast!

She's eating more and more of her cereal every night. And seeing her sit in her "big girl" chair is so cute. She's so eager to try holding her spoon, but she's in the "EVERYTHING GOES IN MY MOUTH" stage, and the spoon gets shoved, quicker than she realizes, right into the mouth, cereal flying in all directions. So, we're working on that one.

She started holding her bottle this week! And she can almost finish the whole thing without any help. (Which, I will admit, literally brings a little tear to my eye.) I feel like it takes away from the Mommy & Sophia bonding time.

So, hour by hour, I am counting down until we get our Momma and Baby Girl time. I seriously have never been so excited about the summer before.

(Oh, and this year, Matt and I will be able to enjoy the whole summer, stress-free, knowing that my job for next year is safe! Thank you all for your prayers!)
